Starting at 0.1 per record.

You pay for data delivered. Nothing else. No setup fees. No implementation charges. No platform fees. One metric: cost per record.

Pricing model

Data extraction pricing model

We charge per record extracted. One metric. No hidden fees.

What is a record?

One structured row of data with the columns you define. Product name, price, rating, availability, seller from a platform = one record, five columns.

What determines the rate?

The platform and extraction complexity. Aggressive defenses, mobile app extraction, or high-frequency refreshes across cities mean a higher per-record rate.

Volume lowers cost

Higher monthly volumes get lower per-record rates. Your cost scales with your actual data consumption, nothing else.

Know before you commit

Your exact per-record rate is determined after a free pilot or scope assessment. You know exactly what you are paying before any commitment begins.

Your monthly cost

How your cost is calculated

Your monthly cost comes down to a simple equation.

Records Delivered

The total number of records we extract and deliver in a billing period. You are billed only for records that meet the agreed quality threshold.

Cost Per Record

Starting at 0.1

Determined during scoping based on the platforms involved, extraction complexity, volume, and the service tier you choose.

Platform complexityVolume bandSLA tier

Service tier is built into your per-record rate. Higher accuracy, coverage, and timeliness commitments are reflected in the cost per record, not as a separate line item. One rate covers everything.

Volume tiers

Volume-based pricing tiers

Higher volume means a lower per-record rate. We use four volume bands as a reference. Your actual band may vary based on the scope of your engagement.

Frequency is built into volume naturally. If you need 10,000 products tracked daily, that is 300,000 records per month. If you need them tracked every hour, that is 7.2 million records per month. The volume band adjusts accordingly. You do not need to think about frequency as a separate cost.

Minimum order value: ₹50,000 per month.

Service tiers

Data accuracy and SLA tiers

You choose the level of service your business needs. Each tier comes with defined commitments on data accuracy, coverage, and timeliness. The tier you choose determines the multiplier applied to your per-record rate.

Good

1.0x multiplier

Accuracy90%
Coverage90%
Timeliness90%

Best for: periodic market research, trend analysis, and use cases where directional data is sufficient.

Better

1.25x multiplier

Accuracy95%
Coverage95%
Timeliness95%

Best for: competitive intelligence, pricing strategy, and decisions that depend on reliable, near-complete data.

Best

1.5x multiplier

Accuracy99%
Coverage99%
Timeliness99%

Best for: real-time competitive monitoring, mission-critical pricing, and operations where data gaps have immediate business impact.

All SLA numbers are indicative. Actual commitments are defined during scoping based on the platforms involved and the complexity of extraction. Some platforms make 99% coverage harder to achieve than others. We will always be upfront about what is realistic for your specific use case.

10m

10-minute reaction time

If a job fails or extraction stops, we react within 10 minutes. This applies across all tiers.

SLA metric definitions

Accuracy

The percentage of delivered records where all requested columns are populated and correct. Records below the threshold are not billed.

Coverage

The percentage of the target data universe (all items, listings, or entities you want monitored) that we successfully extract in each cycle.

Timeliness

The percentage of scheduled deliveries that arrive within the committed time window. Late deliveries are flagged and addressed immediately.

Scope

What is included in per-record pricing

Your per-record price covers everything on the left. The right side is optional, billed on a time-and-materials basis.

Included in per-record price

Comparison

Clymin pricing vs industry standard

Clymin

  • Zero setup fee
  • Zero platform fee
  • Reports, delivery, format customization, maintenance: all included
  • One metric: cost per record delivered
  • Start with a free pilot, commit only when satisfied

The industry standard

  • Setup fee to onboard
  • Monthly platform fee
  • Customization fees for reports, dashboards, format changes
  • Separate charges for API access or warehouse delivery
  • Minimum contract term

We believe the companies that hide costs are the ones that cannot justify them. Your per-record rate is the only number that matters. Everything else is included.

FAQ

Pricing FAQ

A billable record is one where the agreed percentage of requested columns are populated and accurate, based on the accuracy commitment in your service tier. If a record falls below that threshold, it is not billed. You pay only for data that meets the quality standard we agreed on.

₹0.1 is the lowest per-record rate for high-volume engagements involving straightforward sources. Most engagements fall in a higher range depending on the platforms involved, the complexity of extraction, and the service tier chosen. Your exact rate is determined after a free pilot or scope assessment.

The minimum order value is ₹50,000 per month. This ensures we can allocate dedicated engineering resources to your extraction pipeline. There is no minimum contract duration. You can start with a monthly commitment.

We offer two billing cadences: fortnightly (every two weeks) or monthly. Billing is based on records delivered during the billing period. You receive a detailed invoice showing volumes, quality metrics, and the per-record rate applied.

The rate depends on the platforms you need data from and the complexity of extracting it reliably. Factors include how aggressively the platform defends against extraction, whether mobile app-level extraction is required, and the frequency and scale of data needed. We determine the exact rate after assessing your requirements through a free pilot or scoping conversation.

Records that fall below the agreed accuracy threshold are not billed. If there is a sustained quality issue, we investigate, fix the pipeline, and communicate transparently about what happened and what changed. Our 10-minute reaction time commitment means we start addressing failures immediately.

We scope TnM work based on your specific requirements. You receive a clear estimate of effort and cost before any work begins. TnM is billed separately from per-record extraction costs and is entirely optional.

Yes. Every engagement can start with a free pilot. We extract sample data from your actual sources, in your required format, so you can evaluate the quality before any commercial commitment. The pilot typically takes 1 to 3 days.
